Privacy Policy
This policy covers the LARISKU studio website, project inquiries and LARIS POS services operated by EL1SYUM. Contact support@larisku.tech for questions about your information.
Website inquiries
When you send an inquiry, we process your name, email, optional phone, company and country, selected service and package, budget range, project description and consent. The server records a reference, timestamp, language and a hashed network identifier for abuse prevention.
Inquiries are saved in the application database and reviewed in an access-controlled admin dashboard. Existing inquiry archives are preserved during migration. Follow-up status and notes are maintained by authorized staff. When configured, an HTTPS email provider may process contact details to notify the support mailbox. The confirmation shown on the website means the inquiry has been saved; it does not confirm email delivery. If you choose to continue via WhatsApp, the prepared message contains your name, service, package and inquiry reference. Email, phone and project details are not added to that link; you choose whether to send the message.
Purpose and access
We use inquiry information to respond, assess project scope and prepare a proposal. We do not sell inquiry information or add you to a marketing list through this form. Access is intended for the service operator and authorized hosting/mail providers needed to run the service.
Cookies and third-party links
The site uses a security cookie to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. POS login can use a session cookie. This studio redesign does not add advertising or analytics trackers. Fonts and screenshots are served locally. WhatsApp and external portfolio/demo links use their respective providers' privacy policies once you open them; the website does not embed those services.
Direct consultation links pass through this website before redirecting to WhatsApp. Existing server access logs record the request time, IP address, browser identifier, and public service/package/source codes so the operator can count requests. These links do not copy form entries, email addresses, phone numbers, or project descriptions. No additional tracking cookie or third-party analytics script is used. A recorded click does not prove that a message was sent or a purchase completed.
LARIS POS data
- Account and access information: username, server-side password hash, role, business, store, sessions and registered devices.
- Operational information entered by users: products, stock, sales, payments, receivables, shifts, reports, product images and shop QRIS.
- Technical information for security and synchronization: device name, platform, app version, installation identifier, activity times and hashed network signals.
- Local cache and synchronization queues may be used in development builds. Their presence does not mean an Android APK or offline product has been publicly released.
Android development builds
The Android APK is not publicly available at this time. Where a development build uses the camera for barcode scanning, Bluetooth for a selected receipt printer, or system biometrics for local unlocking, permissions serve those functions. LARIS does not read biometric templates. Production availability and supported hardware must be verified for the released build.
Storage, security and retention
Production communication uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed on the server. Application controls depend on business, store, role, device and session. No system is risk-free. Keep credentials and devices protected.
Inquiries are retained while follow-up, project records or necessary security records are needed. POS data and backups may be retained for business operations and accounting integrity. A fixed automated inquiry deletion period has not been configured. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion; legal or accounting obligations may limit deletion. Uninstalling an application does not automatically delete server records.
Children and changes
The service is intended for business use, not children. Material policy changes will be published here with an updated date.
