Terms of Service
This page explains how studio engagements are scoped. The accepted written proposal or service agreement defines the deliverables and commercial terms for a project.
Scope and pricing
Website packages include development, hosting, and one available .com domain at the standard registration price for the first year. Renewals after the first year, premium domains, paid third-party services, and ongoing maintenance are charged separately. Your quote lists pages, features, revisions, content responsibilities, payment stages, and timing before you order.
Approval and handover
Production releases and consequential changes require owner approval. Source code, documentation, account ownership and access transfer are recorded in the agreement. The client must have the right to use supplied content and to grant access to the systems involved.
Maintenance and incidents
Service hours, response targets, backup retention, restore verification, update procedures and incident responsibilities are agreed before service starts. Package descriptions are scope proposals, not an uptime guarantee or automatic 24/7 support.
Security assessments
Testing requires written authorization and an agreed asset and technique scope. Reports explain testing limitations, validated findings, remediation, retest results and residual risk. No service guarantees complete security.
Demos and inquiries
The browser checkout simulation uses demonstration data and records no real sale. The web demo may require its own login. Sending an inquiry does not create a contract or confirm project acceptance. Android and offline product availability must be verified separately.
